On October 26, 2017, Mr. Xu Junsheng, President of Jiangnan Environmental Technology. Inc (JET), met with Mr. Neil Bush in the VIP reception room of the company. Neil Bush is the third son of Bush, the 41st president of the United States, the younger brother of George W. Bush, the 43rd president, and a successful American businessman and influential social activist.
Mr. Xu Junsheng, President of the Board, welcomed Mr. Neil Bush’s visit and introduced the company’s technical strength, development history and well marketing progress in the international market to him. He also explained that the great significance of JET’s technology for the power and petrochemical industry in the United States, and even the global environment.
Mr. Neil Bush expressed his sincere gratitude to the chairman for his reception and expressed his full recognition of a series of patented technologies such as leading ammonia-based desulfurization, FCC tail gas treatment, and acid gas treatment. JET’s technology is a revolutionary and strongly competitive solution which is extremely important for the United States and the world’s power, petrochemical industry to deal with environmental requirements and enhance their competitiveness.
Mr. Neil Bush said JET’s technology has great benefit for the U.S. government, people, and the environment. He hoped to establish closer cooperation with JET to further promote JET’s technology in the United States. Chairman Xu concurred with Mr. Neil Bush’s opinion and expressed that JET pays great attention and positive attitude on the market development and investment in the U.S. market.
During his visit, Mr. Neil Bush visited the company’s technological sand table. When heard that JET’s efficient ammonia desulfurization technology can raise the emission standard of coal-fired power plants to the same level as the gas power plant, Neil Bush was very surprised. He highly praised our company’s innovative and advanced technology and believed that the promotion of this technology will allow the coal-fired power plants in the United States to better meet the environmental requirements, greatly reducing operating costs and improve the survival and competitiveness. Furthermore, the promotion and application of JET’s technology will drive the survival and development of the coal industry, especially the high-sulfur coal industry. During his visit to JET’s historical development gallery, Mr. Neil Bush expressed his appreciation and admiration for JET’s continuous efforts in research and development of ammonia-based desulfurization technology and expressed great confidence in its future development and prospects in the international market.
