On March 9, 2018, Mr. Xu Junsheng, Chairman of Jiangnan Environmental Protection Group Inc., met with Mr. David L. Phillips, Chairman of Bilateral US-Arab Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Aida Araissi,Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Bilateral US-Arab Chamber of Commerce and Mr. Neil Bush, Advisor of Bilateral US-Arab Chamber of Commerce and also Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of ATX Oil LLC. at Bilateral US-Arab Chamber of Commerce’s office in Houston. Invited by Mr. Xu Junsheng, Chairman of Jiangnan Environmental Protection Group Inc., Mr. David L. Phillips, and Mr. Neil Bush gladly agreed to join the Board of Directors of the Group Company and become members of the Board of Directors of Jiangnan Environmental Protection Group Inc.
Mr. David L. Phillips and Mr. Neil Bush expressed their great privilege to join the Group Company’s board of directors. They agree that Jiangnan’s Technology has great opportunities in the global market and will spare their effort to support the development of Jiangnan’s global business.
