EADS has the advantages of excellent adaptability, high turn down ratio and high pollutant removal efficiency. It can be used for:
- boiler flue gas desulfurization
- acid gas or sulfur recovery tail gas desulfurization
- FCC flue gas desulfurization
If the flue gas has a NOx content greater than 100 mg/Nm3, thena denitrificaion process is required before desulfurization. JNEP has SCR, SNCR and low-NOx combustion technologies and can provide an integrated denitrification-desulfurization solution for the clients.
For acid gas with high H2S content, the recommended approach is recovering sulfur before converting the residual H2S in the tail gas into SO2 through incineration, and then treating SO2 in the ammonia desulfurization unit. For acid gas with low H2S content, it is recommended to use a direct incineration process to convert H2S into SO2 before being treated in the ammonia desulfurization unit. JNEP has the EPC capability for sulfur recovery process and can provide complete acid gas treatment solutions.
For flue gas with a high PM content, a traditional PM removal process is required before the ammonia desulfurization process. JNEP can also provide related PM removal solutions.
